What we collect

When you send the project form, we receive what you type into it: your name, email address, company, phone or WhatsApp number, what you need, where your project stands, your rough budget, when you want to start and your message. We also receive the page you sent it from, the site that referred you, any campaign tags in the link you followed, and the time you sent it.

This website sets no cookies and loads no advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts and images are served from this site.

If you use the brief on the home page, your browser keeps your choices in that tab so the project form can fill them in. They stay on your device and are cleared when you send the form or close the tab.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and talk about your project.
• To prepare a proposal, if you ask for one.
• To keep a record of what we discussed.

We don’t sell your details, share them with advertisers or add you to a mailing list.

Where it goes

• Vercel hosts this website and processes the form request.
• Google stores your enquiry in a Google Sheet and sends us an email about it.

These providers may process data on servers outside India.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for 24 months after our last conversation, then delete them, unless you become a client and the details become part of our contract records.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them or delete them. Write to hello@orandic.com and we’ll do it within 30 days.
